अंतरिक्ष में जाने वाले दूसरे भारतीय और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष स्टेशन (ISS) पर पहुंचने वाले पहले भारतीय ग्रुप कैप्टन शुभांशु शुक्ला ने आखिरकार अपनी मातृभूमि की धरती पर कदम रख लिया है. यह पल न सिर्फ उनके परिवार के लिए, बल्कि पूरे भारत के लिए गर्व और खुशी से भरा हुआ है. जैसे ही उनका विमान दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पर उतरा, वहां का नज़ारा किसी त्योहार से कम नहीं था. परिवारजन, रिश्तेदार, हजारों की संख्या में जुटे लोग, राष्ट्रीय ध्वज लहराते युवा, और विज्ञान एवं प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह तथा दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री रेखा गुप्ता सभी ने मिलकर उनका स्वागत किया चारों ओर देशभक्ति और गर्व का माहौल देखने को मिला.
